Membership Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing The Approach, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Membership Commitment: The Approach memberships are available to purchase from our website or within our app
- Membership Fees: Membership fees are payable in full at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchases made within The Approach App will need to be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded within the app. We are unable to manage these subscriptions on your behalf.
- Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, all memberships will automatically renew at the end of the selected term. Memberships may be cancelled at any time after your minimum commitment has been met. Please see our cancellation policy for more information. Memberships that are cancelled less than 48 hours before renewal may not be able to be refunded.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for breach of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. In the event of termination, membership fees will not be refunded.
- Changes to Membership Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to our membership terms and conditions, including but not limited to membership fees, commitment lengths, and cancellation policies. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
