Membership Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing The Approach, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Commitment: The Approach is available in three commitment options – 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. By selecting a membership, you are committing to the length of the term you have chosen.
2. Membership Fees: Membership fees are payable in full at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, all memberships will automatically renew at the end of the selected term. Memberships may be cancelled at any time after your minimum commitment has been met. Please see our cancellation policy for more information. Memberships that are cancelled less than 48 hours before renewal may not be able to be refunded.
4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for breach of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. In the event of termination, membership fees will not be refunded.
5. Changes to Membership Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to our membership terms and conditions, including but not limited to membership fees, commitment lengths, and cancellation policies. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
