All members receive The Approach Weight Loss Course, daily support from their personal coach via The Approach Food Logging App, a one on one onboarding call with an experienced health coach, 2×30 day meal plans, entry into The Approach community and 24/7 email support from The Approach Team. 

Our lead coaches will allocate you a health coach within 24 hours of you signing up to the app. All of our coaches are incredible mentors and we are confident that they will be able to support you towards your goals. 
Everyone starts the program at a different stage of their journey. Our advice is that you can’t work yourself out of a bad diet! We recommend that you focus on fixing your food habits first and then begin working out once your body and mindset has adjusted. We guide you through this on the program, alongside our incredible fitness trainer Amanda! 
Every Friday is weigh in day in the community, and it’s our favorite day of the week! Many members lose up to 20 pounds in their first month, others may lose 5-10 pounds. Remember that this is your journey, every pound lost is a step in the right direction and we are here to support you long term.
